When you submit our contact or newsletter form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the description of your project.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed — through standard analytics. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver any services you engage us for. Where you have explicitly opted in, we also use your email to send occasional newsletters.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not build advertising audiences from enquiry data.

We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Newsletter processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact so we can pick up a conversation you resume. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any point.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with reputable processors under contractual data-protection terms. Access is limited to team members who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable technical and organisational measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers that make the site work — hosting, email delivery, analytics and our CMS — and only to the extent needed for those functions, or where we are legally required to disclose it.

The site uses only functional cookies necessary for it to operate, plus analytics cookies that help us understand traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, email support@fliktech.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or the law changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
